Responsibilities

• Politely and efficiently serves students, staff, and the public.
• Follows a HACCP sanitation schedule and recipes.
• Records temperatures and handles cash accurately.
• Uses FIFO for inventory and assists with deliveries and stocking.
• Performs daily kitchen duties and cleans equipment and facilities.
