Responsibilities

• Performs cashiering duties and general food service tasks.
• Wash, peel, cut and prepare fruits and vegetables.
• Transport food and supplies between stations while following safety standards.
• Store foods with proper wrapping, dating and rotation.
• Clean work areas and equipment; ensure sanitation compliance.
• Ensure correct serving temperatures and portions.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner and resolve complaints.
• Enter sales into the cash register and handle payments.
• Issue receipts and refunds according to procedures.
• Manage cash drawer and funds to prevent over/short.
• Replenish condiments and supplies; maintain cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
