Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative school team near Lewisville, TX for the 2026-2027 school year.

This onsite contract will involve supporting students’ communication goals, participating in IEPs, and coordinating with teachers and families across multiple grade levels and caseloads.

A TX license and CCC are required; prior school-based SLP experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Texas SLP license.
• ASHA CCC required.
• School-based SLP experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students, following IEP goals.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and staff to maximize student success.
• Maintain regular communication with families and staff regarding progress.
• Stay current on best practices and state guidelines for school-based SLP services.
