Job summary

LEARN Academy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (LS) to join our onsite team in East Katy, TX. This full-time, permanent role provides comprehensive evaluations, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention to support students with communication needs within the educational setting.

You will collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to implement treatment plans and monitor progress toward IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Pass the Praxis Examination in Speech-Language Pathology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students’ communication abilities.
• Develop and implement speech-language therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate strategies into the curriculum.
• Contribute insights on student progress to the IEP process.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
