Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in a PreK-8th grade school in New Orleans, LA. Immediate start available through May 21, 2026, with a 37.5-hour work week and ongoing support.

The role involves delivering SLP services, assessments, IEP development, and collaboration with teachers, parents, and administrators to promote student success. Louisiana licensure and school-based certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Louisiana SLP license required.
• Louisiana Department of Education certification as a school-based provider.
• ASHA CCC-SLP strongly preferred.
• School-based experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect speech therapy services.
• Complete assessments, write and implement IEPs, and monitor progress.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success.
• Provide consultation and training to staff when needed.
