Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our school-based team in Sterling, VA. The role emphasizes collaboration with classroom staff to support students’ communication goals within IEPs and 504 plans.

The SLP will conduct evaluations, write reports, monitor progress, and participate in IEP meetings. We offer mentorship, ongoing CEUs, and comprehensive benefits to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) is required.
• Active state SLP license is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized SLP services based on student IEPs/504 plans.
• Conduct evaluations and document progress in articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive school culture.
