Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support students in a school-based setting in Washington. The role emphasizes collaboration with IEP teams, districts, and families, with a focus on articulation, language, and social communication goals.

The position offers a predictable school-hours schedule, summers off, and built-in holidays, along with mentorship, CEU opportunities, and reimbursement for licensure and ASHA.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP).
• Active state SLP license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized SLP services based on student IEPs/504 plans.
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and monitor progress in articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive school culture.
