Job summary

EDU-AIDS is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time position in Akron, OH. The role involves evaluating students, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy aligned with IEPs.

You will support fine motor, sensory, self-care and functional skills while collaborating with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team. A master's or doctorate in OT plus an active Ohio license is required.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Ohio OT license.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs.
• Support students' fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
