EDU Healthcare is seeking a part-time, onsite Occupational Therapist to support district partners in Elyria, Ohio. You will provide OT services to students, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with families and school staff to support individualized education plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from ACOTE accredited program.
• Active state licensure or ability to obtain.
• Experience in schools or with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides occupational therapy services to exceptional students.
• Evaluates, screens, and observes students.
• Writes evaluation reports, progress notes, and IEPs.
• Communicates with parents, teachers, and administrators.
• Performs other related tasks as required.
