This role maintains associate paperwork, organizes break and training rooms, and updates time and attendance records according to Lowe’s policies and procedures. Additionally, this role assists in reviewing, scheduling, and processing prospective candidates and supports safety culture by handling administrative tasks related to Worker’s Compensation, General Liability, and Auto Claims.
This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally require travel for meetings or training. The position offers flexible scheduling, generally 25-40 hours per week, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Ability to lift 10 pounds is required.
