As a Pro Sales Specialist, you will be a guide and consultant for every Pro customer who walks through our doors. Your expertise will help Pro customers build, maintain, repair, and operate across multiple properties and job sites, providing the materials and supplies needed for their projects.

Your Day at Lowe's

Pro Sales Specialists are active, engaging with customers, answering questions, and discussing project needs. Your role involves consulting with Pro customers to meet their business challenges effectively, ensuring their needs are met before they leave the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the Pro business to assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, quoting, and ordering merchandise.
  • Work with Lowe's Pro Supply to order products via the Fulfillment and Delivery network.
  • Inform customers about service, brand, and value benefits of the delivery network.
  • Use CRM tools to build relationships, streamline processes, and enhance customer service.
  • Promote Pro rewards, credit solutions, and the Pro wallet.
  • Provide information on stock, special orders, warranties, and product features.
  • Cross-train in other store areas to improve service and understand customer buying patterns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, with a focus on understanding customer needs and product selling.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, including resolving issues and building relationships.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, move around, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Availability for various shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Proficiency with retail technology like smartphones and tablets.
  • Obtain any required sales licenses or registrations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in sales or customer service with sales goals.
  • Experience entering and submitting sales orders, including special orders.
  • Relevant professional certifications.
  • Bilingual skills.
