Your Day at Lowe's

Sales Specialists are active, moving throughout the store, answering phones, and engaging with customers. You will:

• Discuss project needs and answer questions
• Inform customers about product specifications, features, and promotions
• Support departments like Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, and more

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service tailored to individual needs
• Assist with project estimates, scheduling, and follow-up
• Support external accounts if in the Pro Department
• Monitor inventory and support pricing policies
• Support checkout and departmental requests
• Train and coach team members

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year sales/customer service experience or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and stand/sit for long periods
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
• Sales-related licensure if required by law (Lowe's supports and funds this)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in completing customer sales orders and promoting product services
• Design experience with CAD systems
• Relevant professional certifications
• Bilingual skills
