Job summary

Jimmy Choo, part of Capri Holdings, seeks an associate to represent the brand through client interactions in-store and virtually, delivering exceptional service and expert product guidance.

You will assist with opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and maintaining visual standards while building lasting client relationships through proactive follow-up and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail preferred.
• Ability to open/close store and handle cash.
• Strong product knowledge and upsell skills.

• Fulfill key-holder responsibilities (i.e., store opening and closing, cash handling and financial responsibilities).
• Provide prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all clients and ensure the highest service standards are maintained at all times.
• Maintain high productivity by consistently achieving and, where possible, exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to achieve financial targets and increase sales.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
• Associates should be able to effectively cover Back of House as needed and perform various inventory tasks.

• Fulfill key-holder responsibilities (i.e., store opening and closing, cash handling and financial responsibilities)
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge
• Provide prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all clients and ensure the highest service standards are maintained at all times

• Lockers Organization at the workplace

• Cultivate and maintain excellent Clientele relationships with consistent follow up as needed, including: Phone calls and emails
• Thank you letters
