As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Your passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team will be crucial in achieving our sales goals and promoting the Johnnie-O brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering product knowledge and styling advice.
• Provide personalized shopping experiences, actively listening to customer needs and preferences.
• Process in-store sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on product features, benefits, and availability to assist customers effectively.
• Keep the store environment well-organized, ensuring products are neatly displayed and easily accessible.
