Daily Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Replenish stock and organize merchandise
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in various store departments to enhance customer service
• Prepare merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., cutting, tinting, or assembling products)
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout processes
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using computers (inputting, accessing, modifying data)
• 6 months of experience with retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Ability to perform duties involving standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 lbs)

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months of retail or customer service experience
• Bilingual skills
• Trade certifications related to department (e.g., hardware, plumbing, electrical)
