Daily Responsibilities

You will greet customers, assist them in finding products, process orders, restock shelves, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities may vary depending on the department, which could include Appliances, Hardware, Tools, Garden, Plumbing, Electrical, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with questions and product location
• Restock merchandise and process orders accurately
• Assist in multiple store departments as needed
• Prepare products based on customer needs (e.g., cutting, tinting)
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout processes
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computers and retail technology
• Basic arithmetic, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to stand, sit, and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months retail or customer service experience
• Bilingual skills
• Trade certifications relevant to department
