Daily Responsibilities

You will welcome customers, assist them in finding products, handle merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met. Responsibilities vary by department, which may include appliances, hardware, tools, nursery, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service
• Assist with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas
• Prepare merchandise based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout
• Perform additional duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computers
• 6 months experience with retail technology
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform physical activities
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience
• Bilingual skills
• Trade certifications relevant to the department

Additional Information

This role may require occasional travel for meetings or training. Conditions vary by location, including indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to weather and noise. The lifting limit is 75 pounds, with team lifts used for heavier loads.

Compensation
