Daily Responsibilities

Welcome customers, assist in product selection, load merchandise when needed, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities may vary by department, which includes areas like Appliances, Hardware, Plumbing, Electrical, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service
• Assist with product location and handling
• Replenish stock and organize merchandise
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in various departments
• Prepare department-specific merchandise (e.g., paint, pipes, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computers and retail technology
• Basic arithmetic, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform physical activities for extended periods
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months retail or customer service experience
• Bilingual skills
• Trade certifications relevant to department
