Miner’s Ace Hardware in Los Osos, CA is hiring a Full-Time Sales Associate to drive sales through exceptional customer service and merchandising excellence. The role demands a positive, customer‑oriented team member who can handle basic register math and promote add‑on sales.

Responsibilities include inventory upkeep, promotions awareness, and collaboration with management to meet daily goals. Benefits include health/dental/vision and a 401(k). This is a full‑time on‑site position.

• Provide outstanding customer service following the S.A.L.E.S. process and mystery shop standards.
• Maintain awareness of promotions and advertisements; uphold store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise, processing special orders, and promoting add-on sales.
• Stock shelves, rotate stock, and inform management of needed bin tags.
• Assist in training when requested by management; perform other duties as assigned.

Sales Associates are also responsible for providing legendary customer service, merchandising product and supporting the management team.**Major Responsibilities:** The major responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following: • Ensure each customer receives outstanding service which follows the S.A.L.E.S. process and by mystery shop standards. • Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of every position. • Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements. • Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by management. • Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards. • Actively participate in stocking shelves, rotating stock as appropriate, dusting shelves and informing management of any needed bin tags. • Demonstrate a sense of urgency in executing tasks. • Responsive of safety issues. • Conscious of shoplifting activity. • Assist customers in locating merchandise in store, on ACENET, as well as, processing special orders and promote add-on sales. • Willingness to assist in training when requested by management. • Other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the store or the management team.**We provide:**TrainingOpportunities for advancement Generous employee discount Employee appreciation - (Kudos program, a turkey for Thanksgiving, ham for Christmas, and more) Pay Scale = $17.50 for Base Level.
