Job summary

Miner’s Ace Hardware is seeking sales associates to drive sales through outstanding customer service and a positive team-focused attitude. You will help customers locate products, process transactions, and maintain clean and organized aisles.

An enthusiastic, positive andsupportive attitude is essential. Sales Associates are also responsible for providing legendary customer service,merchandising product and supporting the management team.Major Responsibilities:The major responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:• Ensure each customer receives outstanding service which follows the S.A.L.E.S. process and by mysteryshop standards.• Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of every position.• Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.• Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by management.• Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards.• Actively participate in stocking shelves, rotating stock as appropriate, dusting shelves and informingmanagement of any needed bin tags.• Demonstrate a sense of urgency in executing tasks.• Responsive of safety issues.• Conscious of shoplifting activity.• Assist customers in locating merchandise in store, on ACENET, as well as, processing special orders andpromote add-on sales.• Willingness to assist in training when requested by management.• Other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the store or the management team.We provide:TrainingOpportunities for advancementGenerous employee discountEmployee appreciation - (Kudos program, a turkey for Thanksgiving, ham for Christmas, and more)Pay Scale = $17.50 for Base Level.
