Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. in the United States, Colorado, Broomfield is seeking a Sales Associate to engage customers, share product knowledge, and drive store sales. You will help customers build head-to-toe looks, stock the floor, and maintain store presentation.

Responsibilities

Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals.
Take part in training and coaching: learn, grow, and level up.
Bring positive energy and help create a respectful, inclusive, team oriented environment.

The Sales Associate is a frontline team member who brings sneaker culture to life on the sales floor. This role is all about connecting with customers, sharing product knowledge, and creating a fun, inclusive, high energy store experience—while helping the team hit sales goals.

Sales Associates are brand ambassadors who help customers find the right styles and fits, support daily store operations, and keep the store looking fresh and ready.
