Job summary

HireOn Tech is seeking a highly capable Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep Python and AI/ML expertise to design and build an Agentic Platform for internal use. You will own end-to-end development across front-end, back-end, and data integration layers.

You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and designers to deliver robust, scalable, data-aware experiences leveraging the latest AI technologies, APIs, and modular microservices.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI/ML powered full-stack systems.
• Strong APIs and RESTful services experience.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and designers.

• Work cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and designers to deliver robust, scalable solutions leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies.
• Strong development experience with the latest version of Automation Anywhere.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360/Enterprise.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Power Platform governance and administration.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and Web Services.
• Experience with SQL Server and database development.
