Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a full-time ROUTE DRIVER - UTILITY in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves driving a company truck on an established route, delivering soft drinks, bakery products, and snacks to customer locations, handling cash, and maintaining inventory and equipment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 11:00 am–5:00 pm. A valid driver’s license is required, and prior large-food delivery experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drives truck to deliver items to customer’s place of business.
• Places stock on shelves or racks in vending machines; collects money from machines.
• Records transactions on cards or electronic devices; responsible for cash and product.
• Calls on existing customers to determine adequacy of service and informs them of new products.
