Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly Delivery Route Driver to join our team in Indian Trail, NC. This full-time role loads product, transports to client locations, and ensures proper refrigeration and paperwork handling.

You will communicate effectively with clients and AVI teammates, manage vehicle care, and help promote products. We offer training, competitive compensation, and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) match, and paid vacations and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to operate company vehicle.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT Physical and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Load the company vehicle with all products needed to service locations.
• Drive to client locations to transport products and food.
• Ensure refrigeration of all cold food products in the truck.
• Deliver products to vending attendants at client locations.
• Collect paperwork from vending attendants at client locations.
• Discard unsold and stale merchandise.
• Communicate positively with team members and customers.
• Care for the company vehicle.
