Job description

High Hotels Ltd., is a leading operator of select-service and extended stay hotels across PA & NJ. We strive to maintain the highest standards in guest service and overall product quality.

As a Room Attendant for High Hotels LTD., you will be responsible for performing routine duties to ensure the high standards of cleanliness and service for the hotel and the brand are met. Room Attendants should take pride in providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the hotel guest rooms and common areas are properly cleaned and maintained. Team members may work in various areas of housekeeping, including laundry, common area cleaning, and room cleaning.

This position is primarily located at the Home2 Suites on Pauline Drive in York, PA.

This is a Full-Time position (5 days per week) with hours from 8:00AM to 4:30PM on weekdays and 8:00AM to 5:30PM on weekends. Shift days will vary.

Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

***Note: shift end times may vary based on occupancy and workload.

Weekends include a $2/hr shift premium!

Starting Rate: $17.00/hr - $18.50/hr, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:

1. Cleaning guest rooms and common areas according to brand standards within designated timeframes.
2. Vacuuming carpets and furniture.
3. Cleaning and dusting furniture.
4. Cleaning kitchenettes and washing dishes in suites.
5. Changing bed linens.
6. Cleaning guest room bathrooms.
7. Cleaning high-touch areas to meet brand standards.
8. Assisting in the laundry room: washing, drying, folding, and sorting laundry.
9. Maintaining linen carts and organizing supplies.
10. Ensuring security of guest rooms and guest privacy.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
3. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 lbs.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Support for our sister property, the Hampton Inn & Suites.
6. Availability to work weekends and holidays.
