Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Room Attendant to join the team at the AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking rooms and public areas to high standards, supporting guest comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.
• Maintain clean linen, bedding and towels in guest rooms.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Know hotel property, services, hours of operation and surrounding area.
• Replenish amenities and report lost and found items as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned
