Job summary

Surgery Partners is seeking a Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse for the Methodist Mansfield ASC in Dallas, TX. This full-time role covers Tuesday and Thursday midshifts (12:00 PM–9:00 PM) with a possible Saturday shift (6:30 AM–2:00 PM).

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring post-anesthesia patients, and ensuring patient safety and compliance with center policies. The successful candidate will be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse License
• Current American Heart Assn. BLS and ACLS certifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in provision of nursing care to patients in a same day surgery setting.
• Assumes total responsibility for patient care in accordance with physician’s orders and centers policies.
• Monitors and controls use of and charging for supplies utilized in the center.
