Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking钁 an RN or LPN for full-time night shifts (11pm–7:30am) on a rotating two-week schedule. Compensation includes up to $48/hr for RN plus $2/hr shift differential, or up to $41.59/hr for LPN plus $2/hr differential, depending on experience.

Join a patient-centered team providing care across an onsite medical center, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience for RN role; CPR certification required.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care on a 2-week rotating night schedule.
• Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards.
• Support resident independence and educate families about care plans.
• Maintain infection prevention and administer medications as ordered.
• Document timely and accurate resident information in EMR.

We are looking for the following Full Time RN or LPN to work Full Time Night Shifts. The Schedule is below on a 2 week rotating schedule from 11pm - 7:30am

Week One:

Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Week Two:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday

Compensation: For RN, up to $48/HR + $2/HR Shift Differential depending on Experience

Compensation: For LPN up to $41.59/HR + $2/HR Shift Differential depending on Experience

How you will make an impact:

• Developing relationships with the residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach, supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs, and focusing on placing the resident first.


• Performing all clinical duties in accordance with the state nurse practice act and nursing standards of practice


• Promoting resident’s independence by establishing resident care goals, teaching resident/family members to understand a resident’s condition, medication, and self-care skills


• Monitoring a resident clinical and care conditions to identify any changes in status and acting on those changes to ensure patient comfort and safety


• Working alongside the care associates to perform routine nursing care to assigned residents as needed


• Maintaining infection prevention practices, administering medications, and performing treatments per orders.


• Developing and coordinating a comprehensive Holistic plan of care to meet the resident’s clinical and care needs in collaboration with the interdisciplinary and neighborhood team


• Supporting resident’s preferences, routines, and choices in resident’s electronic medical record


• Ensuring that documentation is current, accurate, and timely.


• Participating in care conferences for designated residents as requested by Clinical Manager

What you will need:

• Must have an active RN license in the state they will practice and Graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse program


• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN


• A passion for caring for seniors


• Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred


• CPR certification required
