Position Summary The Nurse is responsible for providing safe, high-quality nursing care to residents in a senior care setting in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and state and federal regulations. This role includes assessing resident conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring for changes in status, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, and supporting resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life. The Nurse also plays a key role in resident and family communication, documentation, supervision of nursing assistants, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.
