Betty Dare Wellness & Rehabilitation in Alamogordo, NM is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) to provide compassionate resident care. You will follow physician orders and center policies to ensure safety and comfort, while collaborating with a dedicated team.

This full-time role offers competitive wages, potential raises and bonuses, a flexible schedule (6PM-6AM, 2PM-10PM, or double weekend shifts), and benefits including 401(k) and health, dental, life, and vision insurance.

Formación

• Current LVN/LPN license in practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.
• Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Follows established charting procedures and incident reporting.
• Manages narcotics counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents patient condition changes including nutrition, infections, skin issues, or weight loss.
• Uses the Quality Life Manual to identify, place, and monitor patients in programs.
• Notifies departments of patient room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians as needed.
