Job summary

Sierra View Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the DP/SNF unit on a full-time basis. The role involves 12-hour shifts with variable scheduling and potential for a $10k sign-on bonus for candidates with 3+ years RN experience.

The position requires CA RN licensure, BLS certification, and availability to work holidays, weekends, and on-call as needed. Referral bonuses may apply.

Qualifications

• Current California RN licensure
• Current BLS certification or obtain within orientation

Responsibilities

• Is responsible for the assessment, treatment or care appropriate to the ages of the patients served, i.e. Adult or Geriatric.
• Reviews/revises/records an individualized patient history and assessment and utilizes holistic assessment.
• Safely performs nursing care including safe administration of medication.
• Demonstrates problem-solving and clinical decision-making as part of patient care.
• Evaluates plan of care and communicates changes to the health care team.
