Qualifications

• ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college.
• Active RN license in the state of Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for residents and families, providing a steady, compassionate presence.
• Deliver clinical care and monitor residents' health needs.
• Coordinate care with the nursing team to support quality of life.
• Monitor medications and vital signs in accordance with plan of care.
