As a Retail Supervisor, you will be a member of the Store Leadership Team and assist the Store Manager in the effective running of the store operations. The Retail Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and direction to diverse associate-level team members in the assigned area of responsibility. You will provide sales floor leadership to drive sales, sales floor replenishment, and customer service.
