We’re seeking reliable and observant individuals to join our team as Retail Security Officers at a location in Monticello, NY. No prior experience or license is required—just bring a strong work ethic, a professional attitude, and a commitment to keeping people safe!

Position Details:

Schedule:

Wednesday: 5:30 PM – 11:30 PM

Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 11:30 AM – 11:30 PM

Pay: $18.85 per hour

Location: Monticello, NY

Standing Post: Must be able to remain on your feet and actively observe throughout your shift

️ This is an entry-level position. No security license or prior experience is required.

What You'll Do:

Greet and observe customers and staff in a retail setting

Deter theft, vandalism, and disruptive behavior through a visible presence

Monitor entrances, exits, and sales floor activity

Report incidents and suspicious behavior to store management

Promote a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and employees

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

Excellent observation and communication skills

Reliable transportation to and from the Monticello location

Must be punctual, professional, and dependable
