Qualifications

• Guard card/licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns calmly and escalate per procedures.
• Conduct patrols of loading areas, yards, entrances, parking, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and movements of people and vehicles per site rules.
• Document observations and incidents in required reports and inform supervision.
