Overview of the Role

• The Retail Sales Representative will properly manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will have the ability to take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided.
• Location: Tolleson, AZ within a 40-60 mile radius.
• This position is full time, 37‑40 hours a week.
• Compensation: $18‑$20 hourly, based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
• You will be responsible for selling, merchandising, and gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts.
• Ensure our clients’ products are well stocked and order if product is not in stock or low.
• This position requires consistent use of mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication.
• This position requires you to switch between tasks such as stocking, reporting, and communicating with store teams throughout the day.
• You must be able to lift, bend/stoop for extended periods of time.
• This is a position where you work independently, follow directions, and have excellent communication skills.
• Paid drive time at $0.70 per mile.
• Steady and consistent scheduled working hours with available route flexibility.

What You’ll Do at C.A. Fortune

• Gain and maintain product distribution by establishing strong relationships with store teams.
• Retail work will entail (but not limited to) ordering products, positioning products on shelves, and handling new orders.
• Conduct audits in area grocery stores.
• Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.
• Verify that our clients’ products are accurately represented on store shelves.
• Maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code and attendance guidelines.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, retail environment with minimal supervision.
• Comply with any additional guidelines established by the Store Team.
• Attend client kickoff video calls and team check–ins as required.

What You Should Bring to the Table

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proof of automobile insurance.
• Reliable phone (5 years old or newer) and internet service for daily communication.
• Ability to drive to stores in the assigned territory to complete retail tasks & audits at local grocery retailers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions independently.
• Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus (but not required).
