Description

• Represent the T-Mobile brand and meet customers’ wireless needs.
• Work as part of a team to meet personal and company goals.

Your Talents

• Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering phones, and assessing needs.
• Exceed revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and maximizing existing accounts.
• Participate in marketing efforts like outbound calling, community involvement, and promoting the brand.
• Assist with store functions in compliance with policies.
• Handle cash, inventory, and deposits as per standards.
• Complete paperwork and transactions accurately.
• Share customer experiences with the team and management.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Assist customers with activations, bill payments, and upgrades.
• Build customer confidence with a comfortable experience.
• Engage in service selling and recommend technology solutions.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned.

Your Experience

• At least 6 months experience in retail or customer-focused environments.
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual preferred in some locations.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
