Job summary

FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and work with a variety of merchandise while earning hourly pay plus commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work flexible retail schedule including weekends.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
