This full-time role starts at $15.50 per hour, with promotion opportunities every 3 months based on performance.

You will help customers find the right fit and consistently deliver a high-quality shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to operate in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
