The Retail Merchandising Specialist role involves full-time dedicated work as a BDS Representative, focusing on break-fix, installation, and ad-hoc maintenance tasks, along with general merchandising activities. Compensation: $21.00-$22.00 per hour

What You'll Do:
- Install/build displays, fixturing, endcaps, including security setup, cabling, wiring, monitors/media, and audio
- Troubleshoot and resolve display issues to ensure full functionality
- Lead team projects, possibly requiring travel up to 120 miles
- Perform ad-hoc maintenance, including store service within 48-72 hours and troubleshooting with necessary parts
- Travel as needed, with paid drive time and mileage
- Occasional overnight travel preferred
- Work 40-50+ hours weekly, Monday to Friday, starting at 8 am, with occasional weekends
- Accurately report store visit statuses
- Perform merchandising tasks like reset PLANOGRAMs, POP, pricing tags
- Build store relationships and participate in weekly calls
- Complete administrative tasks promptly
- Other tasks as assigned
Prescription Drug Collection Duties:
- Manage prescription drug collection in store containers, involving placing zip ties and storing in designated areas
- Interactions limited to pharmacists and store leadership
What You Bring:
Experience/Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with displays, fixturing, monitor cabling, troubleshooting
Skills/Attributes:
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to manage accounts independently
- Ability to read schematics and connect components correctly
- Professional demeanor
- Proficient with smartphone/tablet GPS, photo upload, report data, schedule visits
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance
- Commitment to minimum weekly hours and special projects
- Basic toolkit (list provided)
- Complete required paid training
Physical Requirements:
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, crouch, kneel, grasp, push/pull, talk, hear, drive
- Lift/carry supplies up to 10 lbs regularly, up to 40 lbs frequently, and up to 100 lbs occasionally with support
- Work on 8-hour resets, climb ladders over 10 ft, perform hand/eye coordination tasks
- Certification in machine operation and occasional travel required
