Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate POS system and scan items accurately.

Responsibilities

• Model and fulfill customer service principles and escalate concerns to store management as needed.
• Inform management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Utilize POS to process purchases and report scanning issues.
• Adhere to cash policies and efficient checkout standards.
• Stock shelves per merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assist management in achieving efficiency and loss-reduction goals.
• Support a safe working environment and proper equipment upkeep.
