Palm Beach Tan in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Beauty Consultant for a full-time role. You will greet customers, educate on tanning products and safety, and help drive sales in a friendly, professional environment.

The position offers base pay plus commissions, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, training, and opportunities for advancement. A positive attitude and excellent communication are essential, along with reliable transportation.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Must be able to stand for 7+ hours per day and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
