Palm Beach Tan is seeking Beauty Consultants for full-time roles in Martinsville. The team offers a vibrant, professional environment with training and development.

You will help customers with tanning products and services, meet sales goals, and participate in contests and advancement opportunities. The position emphasizes customer service, product education, flexible scheduling, and employee discounts on skincare products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours per day).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and track progress daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close business operations.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
