Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, consulting customers, educating on tanning safety, and maintaining a clean salon. Training and advancement opportunities are offered, with flexible schedules and employee discounts. Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail or customer service.
• Must be able to stand for 7+ hours per day and lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.
