Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication; able to work independently or with others.
• Able to operate cash register, POS system, and merchandise with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide assistance; follow service principles and escalate issues as needed.
• Process purchases using POS and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly following merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
