ALDI Brand in Watertown, SD is seeking a full-time Store Associate to merchandise and stock product, cashier, and keep the store clean. You will enhance the customer shopping experience by collaborating with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional service.

The role offers roughly 30+ hours per week with starting wage of $18.50 per hour. Wage increases are planned over the coming years, and duties include operating POS, maintaining stock, curbside pickup, and strict adherence to company policies.

Formación

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, etc.
• Interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Perform basic arithmetic and calculations.

• Work independently and with others to complete tasks.
• Maintain reliable attendance and meet availability requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Merchandise and stock product to maintain attractive shelves.

• Open additional check lanes as needed for efficient checkout.
