Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI in Neillsville, WI is seeking a Residential Support Professional to provide daily support, supervision, and encouragement to residents in our recovery-focused programs. This full-time role includes evening and weekend shifts on-site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support, supervision, and encouragement to residents.
• Document resident observations and maintain records.
• Assist with medication monitoring and administration per program guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and crises appropriately.
• Help residents achieve treatment and recovery goals.
• Perform household duties including cleaning, laundry, and organizing supplies.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, meetings, and activities.
• Help residents develop life skills such as meal preparation and daily living tasks.
• Participate in staff meetings and required training.
