Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, social services, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an insurable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support, supervision, and encouragement to residents while helping create a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environment.
• Document resident observations and maintain required records.
• Assist with medication monitoring and administration (per program guidelines).
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and crisis situations; support residents in achieving treatment and recovery goals.
• Perform household duties including cleaning, laundry, and organizing supplies.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, meetings, and community activities.
• Help residents develop life skills, including meal preparation and daily living tasks.
• Participate in staff meetings and required training.
