Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard (Full Time Unarmed Patrol) in Honolulu, HI. You will protect residents and guests, patrol assigned areas, and provide a welcoming, safe environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring access points, responding to incidents, and documenting activities. A high school diploma, 18+ age, and a background check are required; a guard card/licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Criminal histories will be considered in accordance with laws.
• Drug screening may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors and vendors following site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and observe activity per procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies, notifying authorities as needed.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports per site requirements.
