The position involves executing essential day-to-day repairs and maintenance for apartment units, ensuring all units are prepared for new residents while addressing maintenance needs promptly. Ideal candidates should have experience in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs, alongside strong attention to detail and communication skills. This is a full-time temp-to-hire role offering a pay rate of $22.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Competenze

• Previous maintenance experience in residential or apartment settings preferred.
• Reliability and punctuality with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Mansioni

• Perform general maintenance and repair duties in apartment units and common areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures.
• Handle basic plumbing tasks including unclogging drains and fixing leaks.
• Conduct carpentry work such as patching walls, repairing doors, and replacing locks.
