Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair duties in apartment units and common areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures.
• Handle basic plumbing tasks including unclogging drains and fixing leaks.
• Conduct carpentry work such as patching walls, repairing doors, and replacing locks.
• Respond to and complete assigned work orders in a timely manner.
